These Simple Rules, guidelines for a way of living as a follower of Christ, and as in the 1700's they help to shape people new to the faith to be followers of Jesus Christ.
In the introduction to the General Rules Wesley wrote: “this is the most needful advice on living well – Do no Harm, Do Good, Attend to the Ordinances of God.”
