We journey through lent so that we don't take Easter and the joy of Easter and the joy of the resurrection for granted.
Setting aside six weeks of our year to remember the pain and the suffering that Jesus, and his disciples and all of us go through, is so important to remember.
because every step of the way - in that long journey to Jerusalem, Jesus said, hey, look, I can see the writing on the wall, and this is what's going to happen….
